ચરબીવાળી માછલીનું સેવન કરો: જો તમે ચરબીયુક્ત માછલીને તમારા આહારમાં શામેલ કરો છો, તો તે તમારા હાડકાઓને મજબૂત બનાવે છે. ઓઇલી માછલીમાં ઉચ્ચ માત્રામાં ઓમેગા 3 ફેટી એસિડ્સ, એન્ટિ-એંફ્લેમેટરી, એન્ટિઓક્સિડેટીવ, એન્ટિ-કાર્સિનોજેનિક ગુણધર્મો હોય છે આ સાથે વિટામિન-ડી અને કેલ્શિયમ પણ ભરપુર માત્રામાં હોય છે, જેનું સેવન કરવાથી આપણા હાડકા મજબૂત અને સુરક્ષિત રહે છે.
