આ નવા દાવામાં આ કેસ નવો વળાંક લઈ રહ્યો છે. હકીકતમાં કહેવામાં આવે છે કે સુશાંત સિંહ રાજપૂત 13 જૂનના રોજ (તેના મૃત્યુના એક દિવસ પહેલા) રિયા ચક્રવર્તી સાથે જોવા મળ્યો હતો, અને એમ પણ કહેવામાં આવે છે કે સુશાંત સિંહ રાજપૂત તેની ગર્લફ્રેંડ રિયાને 13 જૂનના રોજ રાત્રે તેના ઘરે મુકવા ગયો હતો. આવી સ્થિતિમાં આ દાવો આશ્ચર્યજનક છે. હવે જોવાનું એ રહેશે કે આ મામલે તપાસ એજન્સીઓ શું વલણ અપનાવે છે. આ બાબતે રિયાના વકીલ સતીષ માનશીંદે તેની વાત રાખી છે.
સતીષ માનશીંદે કહ્યું, “રિયાને બદનામ કરનારા …”: તમને જણાવી દઈએ કે રિયા 7 ઓક્ટોબરના રોજ જેલની બહાર આવી છે, તેને મુંબઈ હાઈકોર્ટે ડ્રગ્સ કેસમાં જામીન આપ્યા છે. 28 દિવસ જેલમાં રહ્યા પછી રિયાના વકીલ સતીષ માનશીંદે તેના એક નિવેદનમાં કહ્યું છે કે, તેઓ તે બધા લોકો સામે એક્શન લેશે, જેમને અફવાઓ અને ખોટા સમાચારો ફેલાવીને રિયાને બદનામ કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો છે. સતિષ માનશિંદે કહ્યું હતું કે, અમે તે બધા લોકો સામે કાર્યવાહી કરીશું કે જેમણે ટીવીની ચમકમાં આવવા માટે રિયાને બદનામ કરી અને તેની આખી કારકિર્દી બરબાદ કરી દીધી છે.
સતિષ માનશિંદે વધુમાં કહ્યું કે, રિયાની એક પાડોશી ડિમ્પલ થવાની છે, જેણે રિયાની કારકિર્દી બરબાદ કરવામાં મોટી ભુમિકા નિભાવી છે. સતીષ કહે છે કે ડિમ્પલે દાવો કર્યો છે કે તે સુશાંત સિંહ રાજપૂતની ચાહક છે અને તેને એવું પણ લાગે છે કે તે ગયા જન્મમાં સુશાંતની મિત્ર હતી. તેમનો દાવો છે કે કોઈએ તેમને કહ્યું છે કે સુશાંત સિંહ રાજપૂતે 13 જૂનની રાત્રે રિયાને ઘરે છોડી હતી.
