આ અનોખી હોટલ ટોર્ની નદીના કાંઠે બનાવવામાં આવી છે. તેને બનાવવા માટે નદીમાંથી લગભગ 2500 ટન બરફ કાઢવામાં આવે છે અને ત્યાર પછી તેના બાંધકામ ઓક્ટોબર મહિનાથી શરૂ થાય છે. તેને બનાવવા માટે, વિશ્વભરના કલાકારો આવે છે, જે તેમની કળા દર્શાવે છે.
દર વર્ષે હોટલમાં પ્રવાસીઓના રોકાણ માટે ઘણા રૂમ બનાવવામાં આવે છે. રૂમની અંદરનું તાપમાન માઈનસ પાંચ ડિગ્રી સેલ્સિયસની આસપાસ રહે છે. એવું કહેવામાં આવે છે કે દર વર્ષે આશરે 50 હજાર પ્રવાસીઓ આ હોટેલમાં રહેવા માટે આવે છે.
