નોંધપાત્ર વાત એ છે કે એફઆઈએએફ એવોર્ડ માટે અમિતાભ બચ્ચનનું નામ ફિલ્મ હેરિટેજ ફાઉન્ડેશને નોમિનેટ કર્યું હતું. આ ફાઉન્ડેશનને ફિલ્મ નિર્માતા અને આર્કાઇવિસ્ટ શિવેન્દ્રસિંહ ડુંગરપુર દ્વારા સ્થાપિત કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. જણાવી દઈએ કે આ સંસ્થા ભારતની ફિલ્મ વિરાસતની પુનઃસ્થાપના, દસ્તાવેજીકરણ, જાળવણી, પ્રદર્શન અને અભ્યાસ માટે સમર્પિત છે.
